This document describes the privacy policy for the use of Google’s APIs through a self-hosted n8n instance.

1. Application Purpose

This connection to Google’s services is for personal use only by John Park. It is used to automate personal workflows within a private n8n instance. It is not a public-facing application and has no other users.

2. Data Access and Usage

The application requests access to the following Google services:

• Cloud Translation API: To translate text as part of an automated workflow.
• Google Calendar: To read and write calendar events for personal workflow automation.**
• Google Sheets: To read from and write to spreadsheets for data storage and workflow automation.
• Google Drive: To manage files (upload, download, create, organize) as part of automated tasks.
• Gmail: To read, send, and manage emails to automate communication and trigger workflows.

This data is used solely within the n8n workflows created by the owner.

3. Data Sharing

No data accessed through this Google API connection is shared with any third parties. All data is contained within the owner’s private n8n instance and Google Account.
